I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of start of appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we must reschedule your appointment, you are considered a late cancel and will be charged 50% of the original service amount. Each appointment is allowed to be rescheduled once. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled more than once, you will be charged 100% of the original service amount. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged 100% of the service amount. I value your time and feel it is fair to honor the same policies that I hold to my clients. Should I need to cancel your appointment due to unsafe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 48 hours notice, I will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all I can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
